We are currently investigating reports of Co-Managed Backup NOC services team and partner users are unable to access Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud portal for EU and US data centers. We will follow up with more information soon.
There was some issue at Acronis Cyber Protect data center side which is resolved partially for few DCs. Acronis team is investigating the issue. We will follow-up and update once we get more information.
