Root cause of the UAC prompt issue has been identified and a resolution is in progress.

RMM Third-party patching triggers WinGet upgrade to ensure the latest WinGet version on endpoints, but this invokes a Windows App Runtime dependency install/update requiring machine-wide elevation. As a result, non-admin users see UAC credential prompts. A new version of Third Party Patching plugin has been rolled out to address this issue and we are monitoring the results.
