This incident has been resolved.
We have identified that a certificate change performed in 3 of our regions had caused issues to some Log collectors (Metrics / Tracing / CSPM are not affected)
Our team had reverted the change and is now monitoring the dataflow recovery.
Live data should be accessible to all customers.
