We have identified the issue currently affecting external load balancer IP allocations and are actively working to resolve it.

We are beginning to roll out a remediation for the IP allocation issue.

The remediation has been applied to the large majority of client instances that were impacted. We continue to work on remaining issues as they are discovered. We expect to have full restoration of services shortly.
