Minor Issue -Intermittent latency issue impacting APIs on US and LAX (not SL4) Swimlanes

The CSOD Technology Team observed a performance degradation affecting APIs in US and LAX (not SL4) swimlanes. The problem began at 12:42 pm Pacific Time and was resolved at 2:35 pm Pacific Time. During this time, clients with portals on this swimlane may have experienced slow performance or intermittent errors while accessing the application.

A fix has been implemented and the issue is resolved as of 2:35 pm Pacific Time. We are monitoring and validating the issue is fully resolved. We will continue to inform status page of full resolution.

The US and LAX (not SL4) swimlane is experiencing some latency issues involving APIs. Clients with portals in this swimlane may experience delays or issues accessing certain pages in the application. This is our top priority and we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please check back periodically for additional updates, which will be posted as they become available.
