Intermittent Errors with Catalog

Our telemetry is no longer seeing errors and the teams have given the all clear. We'll be closing out this incident, but will continue to monitor the impacted services. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this disruption.

Error rates have continued to drop and services have normalized. We will continue to monitor for any further disruptions closing this incident.

We are continuing to see a drop in overall error rates and improved navigation as we continue to perform additional remediation steps.

After restarting the impacted services, our teams are continuing to see higher than expected error rates and are continuing to investigate. We will provide additional updates.

Our teams are also reporting issues with catalog loading on newly registered or refreshed tablets. We encourage users to not manually refresh as our teams continue to restart impacted services.

At 11:23 MT we identified and issue with the catalog service preventing some users from accessing products. Our incident malmanagement team has been engaged and identified the issue. We are beginning to see error rates drop yet there is an ongoing impact to customers. We will provide updates as services continue to normalize.
