Our engineering team has identified an issue where clients using Cvent Payment Services (CPS) who receive their invoices bi-monthly, have yet to receive their invoice for the March 1-15 billing period. Clients using CPS with monthly billing are not impacted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
