The issue affecting merchants utilizing certain daily reports (PBDR,TEDR,PER, DMDR, TRR) has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

Cybersource have completed re-running all reports for merchants to download. Support teams continue to closely monitor.
