Cycode experienced delays in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) PR scanning for 7 hours, causing users to wait longer than expected for scan results on pull/merge requests containing IaC changes. A workaround was applied to restore service and process the backlog, though some delays persisted while the queue drained.

Cycode experienced delays in risk score calculations and violation visibility in their graph feature for 93.1 hours. The root cause was identified and a fix was implemented, with processing and syncing initiated to restore normal functionality. The issue has been resolved with systems returning to normal operation.
