Azure Sentinel Service Degradation

The observed Azure service degradation has been resolved and performance has returned to normal. Operations are no longer impacted and Cyderes continues to monitor the situation closely with the Vendor.

We are currently monitoring an issue impacting backend alert workflow processing caused by a Azure service degradation. This may result in delays to incident generation, acknowledgement, and investigation activities. Our team is investigating alerts within the Azure platform where they are visible and not impacted, by pivoting manually in to the Vendor controls during the outage. Our teams are actively engaged with the vendor and will provide updates as they become available.
