We are currently aware of a problem where Teams backup runs may fail with error "TooManyRequestsError"   Our Engineering team is investigating this issue.  Currently, we do not have an ETA on when a fix will be available. You can monitor the current status of this issue at https://status.datto.com/

We are currently aware of a problem where Teams backup runs may fail with error "TooManyRequestsError"   

This issue has been escalated to the highest level within our Engineer team and they are investigating it.  

Currently, we do not have an ETA on when a fix will be available.
