SharePoint backup performance has stabilized on the pod.
The Kaseya R&D team is continuing to monitor.
The Kaseya R&D team has identified the issue and has implemented configuration changes to address the degraded backup performance for SharePoint services.
After the changes were implemented the team has observed improvement in SharePoint backup success rates and is continuing to monitor.
We are currently aware of a problem where some Datto SaaS Protection customers hosted on pod 'des1-saas-p0' are experiencing degraded backup performance for SharePoint services.
The Kaseya R&D Team is actively investigating this issue.
