PawPrint service has been restored for both HP and Canon printers/copiers.
PawPrint service has been restored for Canon printers/copiers. We are continuing to experience problems with the HP printer/copier fleet.
If you have an urgent printing need, please direct your printing to a Canon device. Students can find a list of PawPrint locations available to them and whether a Canon or HP device is at that location at this address: https://support.ti.davidson.edu/hc/en-us/articles/360052212513-PawPrint-Student-Locations. Or, please contact the T&I Support Center at (704) 894-2900 for help locating a Canon device.
T&I has received multiple reports of problems accessing the PawPrint service to print, scan or copy. Our staff are aware of the problem as of approximately 7:45am and are working to restore service. This is related to an issue affecting multiple campuses and organizations that use PaperCut, the software powering the PawPrint service at Davidson.
At this time, we do not have an ETA on restoration.
