Reports of runs failing with out of index errors

The issue has been resolved, and all affected systems are now functioning normally as of 7:41PM EDT. Between 2:30PM EDT and 7:41PM EDT, an issue with scheduled jobs resulted in a small number of runs failing with index out of range error. We have put measures in place to prevent a recurrence and scheduled jobs has returned to normal. We have deployed a fix for scheduled jobs that was causing a small amount of runs to fail with an index out of range error. Scheduled jobs have returned to its normal state and we are continuing to monitor.

We're investigating an issue with scheduled jobs that is causing a small amount of runs to fail with an index out of range error. This is impacting scheduled jobs in our US Multi-tenant instance anytime after 2:30PM EDT. While we work on a resolution, our engineers have started to roll back scheduled jobs to a previous state. We will provide more updates as they become available.
