dbt deps failing

We have identified that the root cause of the dbt deps command failure appears to be related to the current outage in GitHub. We're investigating an issue with dbt deps command failing with error "External connection exception occurred: not a gzip file" in dbt Cloud jobs. We'll be updating at 30 minutes intervals or as soon as new information is available.
