Email Transaction Failures in dbt

We are continuing to monitor the ongoing issue with our email provider. Some emails might experience intermittent delivery failures during this time.

We’ve identified an issue with our email provider that is causing higher-than-normal error rates for some email deliveries. Most emails are still being delivered successfully, and we’re actively monitoring the situation.

We're investigating an issue with dbt platform that is causing email transactions to fail. This is impacting dbt accounts hosted in multi-cell instances. The team is working on a resolution and we will provide updates at approximately 15 minute intervals or as soon as new information becomes available.
