We have deployed a fix for the Studio IDE that was causing a blank page on load, as well as a fix for no logs available. Users will need to restart their IDE in order to retrieve logs with the fix deployed. The Studio IDE has returned to its normal state and we are continuing to monitor.
A fix has been rolled out for the Blank Page Load within Studio IDE, users may need to refresh or restart Studio sessions and we will continue to monitor. We are actively investigating further reports of No Logs Available showing for Server Errors within the Studio IDE as well and will continue to update.
We're investigating an issue with the file explorer that is causing the Studio IDE to load as a blank page but fixes upon refresh, or is intermittent. This is currently impacting the Studio IDE for MT/MC instances. The team is working on a resolution and we will provide updates at approximately 15 minute intervals or as soon as new information becomes available.
