The service outage that affected the Device Magic platform early last week has been fully resolved. We can confirm that the fix has been propagated to all users. Full access to the Management Console, Dispatches and Forms has been restored across the platform.

We want to provide an update following the significant service outage that impacted the Device Magic platform last night and this morning.
If you are unable to access the Management Console, please try the following steps:
1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
2. Open your browser and search for “Device Magic” in Google.
3. Click the official link for the Device Magic marketing page.
4. Use the login link provided on that page to access the Management Console.
While the issue has been fixed, it may take a couple of hours for these changes to fully propagate to all users.
During this time, some users might continue to experience intermittent issues accessing the Management Console, receiving Dispatches or submitting Forms.
