We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the Form Build Editor in Device Magic. When attempting to edit an existing form, users may encounter a blue “Device Magic Internal Error” screen.
Additionally, form downloads and submissions may be impacted - forms may appear as “(form cannot be read)” or remain in a pending state when syncing to or from devices.
Please note that no submissions will be lost as a result of this issue.
