Our engineering team is investigating an issue with create events failing in FRA1. This includes the creation of any services including Droplets, Load Balancers, Volumes, Kubernetes, Managed Databases, as well as any other services that would need to be created. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update once we have more information.
