An unscheduled network event is ongoing at our POP in Santiago, Chile. All announcements have been withdrawn from Santiago and traffic is being rerouted to nearby POPs for the duration of this event. This event will cause no disruption in service, however additional latency may be encountered for traffic normally attracted to Santiago.

We are currently investigating this incident. There is no current ETA for resolution.
