The team is looking into reports of some organizations being unable to sign in to Docker Hub.

We've identified the root cause for the sign-in issues. The incident appears to be limited to a small subset of organizations.

The SSO domain for those organizations may need to be reverified. An organization owner may be able to do so manually (signing in with a prior username/password) by visiting the Hub Organization > Settings > Security page and pressing the Verify button to reverify.

We'll continue investigating, including whether we can automatically trigger reverification for these customers.
