New repos and tags won't be show up in the repositories pages in Hub UI.

The team is continuing to work on implementing the fix to listing new repos and tags in the UI.

Listing of pre-existing tags has been restored. Push and pull commands continue to work as expected.

A fix has been deployed, and the underlying problem appears to be resolved. The team is now working on replaying events that were queued during the incident.

We are expecting full recovery in 30 minutes.
