We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
We have implemented a fix to ensure that emails sent from DonorPerfect, RSA and DP Online Forms are being delivered. We are seeing successful delivery of emails for most email service providers. However, we are still seeing delays with delivery for the Microsoft family (Hotmail, MSN, Live, Outlook, etc.). We are closely monitoring this and will keep you updated here.
If you are not currently receiving an email with the MFA Code, please do not request further codes. Please contact our support department where we can assist you and provide you the steps to get logged in to DP.

We have identified the issue that is causing a delay in MFA emails being delivered. We are currently working on resolving this as a top priority. We also identified the issue that was causing email receipts to fail and have implemented a fix. We are now seeing email receipts being delivered successfully. We will continue to monitor this, however if you had an email receipt fail during this time you will need to send it again. You can check the status under Receipts> Email Receipt History> All.

We have also identified an issue where some Email Receipts being sent by DP from Receipts, Monthly Giving, and the Thank Donor option on the Gift Screen are failing to send. As soon as we know more we will update you here.
