Our team is continuing work to restore DonorPerfect's reporting features, including Easy Reports, some Financial Reports, Dashboards, SmartAnalytics, Easy Report Builder, and Scheduled Reports.

Restoring these services requires additional system work and testing to ensure everything is operating properly. We expect this work to take an extended period and do not yet have an estimated time for restoration. Getting these services up and running is our top priority right now.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting Dashboards, Easy Reports, and some Financial Reports. When attempting to run these reports, you may encounter a 502 Bad Gateway error.

Our team is actively working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, as an alternative, you can still generate reports by navigating to Reports → Export to File.
