Users across customer, Dasher, and merchant roles were unable to log in or stay logged in, with widespread "something went wrong," 404, and connection errors rendering the platform completely unusable — some Dashers lost active orders mid-delivery and merchants could not receive orders on their tablets. A fix was identified and implemented around 8:35 AM PT, with full resolution confirmed at 9:22 AM PT.
