about 1 month agoThe merchant app has not worked since Monday. Doordash is very bad at communicating the issue. I go to my merchant page and there is absolutely nothing about the problem. If not fixed by Saturday I will be turning off the app because we get to busy to continually monitor our computer.

about 1 month agoMerchant - Marketplace Our tablet supplied by Doordash crashed and we now are unable to even locate the app or any other apps that were previously on the tablet. We have been calling for the past 24 hours and have been on hold for hours on end and are unable to speak with any live reps.

4 months agoi scheduled myself to dash and then when i went back into the app, it said there was a background check and i needed to basically set up my account from the beginning? i’ve been dashing for 3 years and never had any issues
