Garbage. Using DBS based out of Delaware. They spoke highly of the support they could offer versus Clover, which I use for my other restaurant. Yes it may take a while to get ahold of someone on support but thankfully, I’ve only called support once is one year whereas with having SpotOn via DBS, ...

Even their email suggesting we login to the Dashboard and use the virtual terminal is having issues. Slow, won't load. If it does, your only option is to know tip amount before charging OR call them to adjust each one manually on the back end.
