10 days agoNo TV service quit around 12:30 pm today 12/2/24 I also get a texs message stating a spectrum tech is scheduled to be at my house between 12 and 1 pm today. I never scheduled a appointment with spectrum not sure what is going on.

13 days agoNo internet no phone no tv. Went down around 10:30am on Nov 28, 2024. Kept saying it would be restored by 2pm then 5 pm then 8 pm then 11 pm then maintenance until 4 am then still down with no eta current updates just say down with no eta
