Shared service intermittency

Our Technical Operations team is investigating connectivity issues affecting Shared machines on our PDX1 (West) datacenter. We’ll share updates as they become available.

Our team has identified an issue that briefly affected connectivity for a group of servers, primarily in our PDX datacenter. The impact has since stabilized over the past several minutes. Our engineers, including network operations, are continuing to monitor closely and investigate potential causes. We will continue to provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Our Technical Operations team have pushed out a fix and are now monitoring the situation to ensure we’re back in a fully operational state. We’ll update this post when we’re all clear.
