Shared Server: Service Disruption

Our Technical Operations team is currently investigating connectivity issues affecting a number of Apache instances on our Shared hosting environment. We are closely monitoring the situation and will be posting periodic updates as further information becomes available.

Our Technical Operations team has identified the cause of the connectivity issues affecting Shared Hosting servers and is working on a resolution. We’ll continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

Our Technical Operations team has implemented an update to our Shared servers to resolve the connectivity issues. Services are now expected to be functioning normally. We will continue to monitor everything closely to ensure the problem is fully resolved and will update this post once we’re confident all is clear.
