DreamCompute Service Disruption

Our cloud engineers are investigating a service disruption on customer DreamCompute instances. We are closely monitoring the situation and will post periodic updates as further information becomes available.

Our Cloud engineers have identified the root cause of the recent service disruption and are actively working to resolve it. Services are currently back online but operating in a degraded state while we replace the affected hardware. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to restore full functionality
