MySQL connectivity errors

Our Technical Operations team is currently investigating connectivity issues affecting the phpMyAdmin service on databases hosted in our 'IAD1' data center.

Our Technical Operations team has implemented a fix for the phpMyAdmin issue impacting the IAD cluster. Access to phpMyAdmin has been restored and is now fully operational. We will continue to monitor performance in the IAD region closely to ensure stability and reliability. Further updates will be provided as necessary.
