VPS Host Machine Connectivity Issues

Our technical operations team is currently investigating connectivity issues affecting a number of VPS servers hosted on the iad1-vpshost-g3-13, iad1-vpshost-g3-14, iad1-vpshost-g3-15, and iad1-vpshost-g3-16 host machines. Please check the "Data Centers" page in your DreamHost web panel to see if you’re impacted by this issue. We are closely monitoring the situation and will be posting periodic updates as further information becomes available.

Our Technical Operations team has identified the root cause of the connectivity issues impacting VPS services hosted on the following iad1-vpshost-g3-13, iad1-vpshost-g3-14, iad1-vpshost-g3-15, and iad1-vpshost-g3-16 host machines. A fix has been implemented, and we are actively monitoring service recovery across affected systems. During this recovery process, we also identified a separate issue impacting some customers who were affected by this VPS incident. Panel services such as adding new sites for hosting via the DreamHost web panel may be limited.  This has been confirmed as a panel related bug, and our teams are actively working to restore full panel functionality. We'll continue to closely monitor both the VPS recovery and the panel services, and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

Our Technical Operations team continues to actively work on restoring affected services and is making progress toward resolution. Testing is currently underway to ensure any changes are applied safely and support service stability. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for full resolution.
