Mobile App Crashing on Android & iOS During Call Handling

We are pleased to confirm that this issue has now been fully resolved. A fix has been implemented to address the behaviour introduced in mobile app version 7.0.1 that could, in certain scenarios, cause the application to crash or calls to disconnect when placing a call on hold, transferring a call, or adding a second call.

Following deployment of the fix, we have closely monitored the service and have observed no further recurrence of the issue. Measures have also been put in place to help prevent similar issues occurring in future releases.
