We are aware of an issue with BioTrack Florida where dispensaries are experiencing errors and timeouts when completing sales transactions and initiating deliveries. We have an open ticket with BioTrack and are actively monitoring the situation.
Recommended Action: As advised by BioTrack, we recommend that all users log out and log back in to establish a new session, then attempt their transaction again.
