We’re seeing signs of recovery from the third-party outage that impacted Dynamic Yield services for US sections, including admin access and data feed syncing. As systems stabilize, we’re continuing to monitor closely to ensure full resolution.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting some customers with US-based sections. Impacted users may experience intermittent problems accessing certain pages within the Dynamic Yield admin interface, as well as disruptions when syncing data feeds via AWS.
