Synthetic tests in AWS Bahrain location are downgraded since 00:46 UTC due to an ongoing availability issue with AWS in the region. We are actively working on the resolution with the vendor. The current immediate workaround is to execute tests from other locations.

Synthetic tests executing from the AWS Middle East (Bahrain) public location continue to be impacted by the ongoing availability issue with AWS. Until AWS fully restores service stability, synthetic tests are not being executed from this location. Synthetic monitors will show no data for this period.

As a temporary mitigation, to prevent the creation of additional synthetic tests from the AWS Middle East (Bahrain) location, we will disable this location for new synthetic test configurations.

As a workaround, customers are advised to execute tests from alternate locations or temporarily disable this location.

Dynatrace continues to monitor the situation and remains engaged with AWS. We will provide a further update when there is a material change in the situation or new information becomes available.

Planned Action: Ongoing infrastructure issues within the AWS Bahrain region continue to impact Synthetic test execution, with no clear timeline for a stable resolution. As a precaution, we will disable execution of all existing Synthetic tests in this location on Monday.
