We're investigating an issue with RUM on Grail, which is currently in Public Preview. https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/whats-new/preview-releases#real-user-monitoring-on-grail

RUM on Grail data may not display properly for applications using Dynatrace JavaScript Agent version 1.315 or older.

We are actively investigating and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
