Engineers have identified an issue with the support@edg.io email address. Customers are advised to use the email tickets@edg.io which is correctly opening tickets within our system.

Edgio Engineers have resolved the issue with receiving emails to the support@edg.io address.
Engineers will closely monitor this process for any further issues. Customers are advised to call into the Support line @ 1 (602) 850-5200 if they do not receive an automated response with a ticket number within 10 minutes of submitting a ticket request.
