Edgio has recently made an update to ServiceNow applications. We have momentarily limited user visibility tickets to only tickets opened by specific users rather than the ability to see all tickets opened under a user’s company. Further updates will be provided as progress is made. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

The Edgio team continues to work with our ticketing vendor. At this time, user ticket visibility remains limited to only tickets opened by the user. Further updates will be provided as progress is made. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
