Possible Issue with Edgio Sailfish Network Service Affecting Purge

We are investigating a purge delay issue that might be impacting the Edgio Sailfish Network Service. Edgio Engineers are actively investigating customer impact, affected services, and remediation steps.

Edgio Engineers have identified a delay of approximately 60 minutes in processing content purge requests. Purge requests are still being processed, but with this additional delay. Engineers are working to return purges to normal thresholds.

The delay in processing content purges has now dropped to 15 minutes. Engineers are continuing to work on returning purges to normal thresholds.
