Notice of Possible Service Degradation with MMD Live ingest in Frankfurt, Germany (FRA)

Edgio Engineers are investigating an issue which is impacting the MMD Live ingest service in Frankfurt, Germany (FRA). For any MMD Live slot which has Frankfurt configured as the primary ingest, customers are advised to ensure they are publishing to the backup ingest point to avoid any loss of service.

Edgio Engineers have mitigated the issue impacting MMD Live ingest service in Frankfurt, Germany (FRA) by migrating all ingest points to neighbouring PoPs within Germany. Customers are advised to restart any encoding profiles which previously connected to the Fra PoP to restore full primary / secondary ingest.
