Edgio Engineers have identified an issue impacting the submission of purge requests and changes submitted to the Route DNS system. This impacts requests made via the MCC UI and via API. Engineers are actively working to resolve this issue and customers should see some improvement.
There is no impact to end-user delivery of content or DNS requests from Route.

Engineers have resolved the issue impacting the submission of purge requests and changes submitted to the Route DNS system. Customers are advised to re-submit any purges or changes in Route between 08:20 and 09:37 UTC.
There is no impact to end-user delivery of content or DNS requests from Route.
