Edgio is currently working with our vendor to resolve issues affecting the ticketing system. At this time, the problem is limited to inbound emails from clients to Edgio. Outbound emails from Edgio to clients, as well as issues reported through Edgio’s Client Portal, are not affected. For urgent matters, please contact our support team at +1 602-850-5200. We will provide further updates as soon as they become available.

Edgio has mitigated the issue that was impacting our ticketing system. Tickets and email replies are now being processed.
