Edgio Engineers have identified an issue that is currently impacting the Edgio EdgePrism Network Service in BFI (Seattle, WA) and YXX (Vancouver, BC).
Engineers have implemented mitigation measures to move all end-user traffic to neighbouring PoPs and are currently monitoring to ensure all services have returned to normal.

Edgio Engineers have mitigated the impact to the Edgio EdgePrism Network Service in BFI (Seattle, WA) and YXX (Vancouver, BC).
All traffic is now being delivered from neighbouring PoPs and customers should observe normal performance.
