**GCP Mumbai (asia-south1) Network Connectivity Issues** Starting June 19, 2026 at ~06:30 UTC, EMQX Dedicated deployments hosted in Google Cloud's Mumbai region experienced intermittent network instability, primarily impacting cross-region traffic — notably from Singapore — while traffic within India remained largely unaffected. The issue, caused by an underlying Google Cloud networking incident, resulted in increased latency, packet loss, and temporary connectivity disruptions lasting approximately 17 days. Google Cloud resolved the root cause on July 6, 2026, after which EMQX confirmed normal network performance and closed the incident.
