Ensighten Service: DNS Response Degradation

We have confirmed our providers DNS issue was resolved and our services have returned to normal. We will provide an RCA from our provider when we receive it.

Our DNS provider has not yet confirmed they have fully resolved their issue, however we are seeing some Ensighten services begin to stabilize, including the ability to log in to the platform.

Next Steps

Our DNS provider is currently working to resolve their issue, we are monitoring closely and will update when we have a resolution ETA. We have added their status update below:

We are experiencing a service degradation in authoritative DNS resolution, primarily in United States and Europe.
Time Frame: Thursday, May 6, 2021 18:00 GMT
Impact: Intermittent DNS resolution timeouts and slowed performance.
Current Status: We are working to restore service to normal levels.
