Issue:
Our Edge layer (used by First Party TDN, Pulse & One) experienced service degradation due to poor DNS resolution in Northern Europe. The issue pertained to our DNS provider experiencing issues in the region with their resolvers. We have worked with our DNS provider to provide adequate information and the issue has since been resolved.

Next Steps:
We are continuing to monitor for any further issues and are awaiting a full RCA from our provider.
