We are currently investigating an intermittent issue together with our third-party provider that affects the Search & Navigation (FIND) APAC04 cluster in the APAC region. A subset of the clients using the service will be experiencing high latency or 5xx-errors. We will post additional updates once we obtain more information.

At approximately 14:45 UTC, the issue appears to be mitigated with affected clusters back to Green by 15:04 UTC.

We will continue to monitor accordingly.

This issue continues to be investigated. While the cause is still yet to be determined, we are beginning to see some improvement with some instances beginning to stabilize.
